FRANK IS THE BEST! frank was apart of a very special/hard time in our lives, he sold our childhood home and found a new home for our mom. answered all our questions, answered every phone call no matter what time of day. he made sure all our wants/needs were met. of course, his professional opinion was very much needed at some points. moving isn’t always smooth sailing but frank was always calm and reassuring. frank took care of us like we were his family.

I just want to thank Frank Bergen for the wonderful job he did in selling my home and finding the perfect home for me. It was very stressful selling my home because both my kids grew up in that home and it was my dad's home first, so there were a lot of memories there. I think I drove Frank crazy with all my anxiety, but he was very patient with me. He answered all my many calls and never made me feel like I was bothering him.  He also found me the perfect home to move into. He knew what I was looking for and found it for me. My realtor was Mr. Frank Bergen in the Bensonhurst, Brooklyn office. Frank was experienced, knowledgeable about the neighborhood, and always friendly and professional. He helped me sell the house I grew up in, and he understood the feelings of attachment I had to this home. Frank made my experience seamless! I contracted with Frank Berger to sell my home where I resided for twenty-five years. Frank is tireless in seeking out qualified buyers. His experience in the real estate field is clearly evident. He was readily available for calls and questions. Frank was diligent in preparing my home for the market. He did secure a suitable couple as I had no doubt he would. He went beyond expectations by assisting me in finding an apartment. In addition, he and his partner Simon not only did lots of leg work to organize my home for the open houses, they helped me empty it. At the recent closing of the deal, he chauffeured me in the snowy weather. He even agreed to hand off the keys and pick up a bit of stuff I left behind. Frank is an ultimate professional but he is also personable. You won’t go wrong selecting him as your realtor. I reflect on this most recent experience (last week) with no regrets.
