Nicole Cronin

Nicole Cronin was born and raised in New York. She started in residential real estate and still represents buyers and sellers, and she has since added commercial sales and leases.

Before real estate she spent more than 30 years in the restaurant and bar industry, with stretches in retail management, recruiting and healthcare support. That matters more than it sounds. When an operator is looking at a space, Nicole has run the kind of business they are trying to open. She knows what the kitchen needs, how people move through a room, and what the rent has to support.

She answers quickly, she moves quickly, and she knows a lot of people. Most of her work comes from that network and from clients who come back.
